Below is the link to a pdf file that is a 5-page quiz about the presidents of the Philippines.  The quiz is in Filipino.  The sixth page is the answer key.  My daughter is scheduled to take the PEPT (Philippine Educational Placement Test) exam soon, so I made this quiz for her as part of her review.

      Hi! My daughter is 11. We’re hoping that after taking the PEPT, she’ll be eligible to enroll in 7th grade. Do you have kids who took or are going to the PEPT, too?
