Filipino Syllables: Mga Pantig KP at PK (U.S. $4.00)

Filipino Syllables: Mga Pantig KP at PK | 36 pages | $4.00

Description: This 36-page product is written in the Filipino language. The words and instructions are in Filipino. This product includes a list of Filipino syllables made up of two letters. The first set of syllables is of the form KP, which stands for katinig-patinig, where katinig refers to a Filipino consonant and patinig refers to one of the five Filipino vowels (a, e, i, o, and u). The second set of syllables is of the form PK or patinig-katinig.

The sheets with two-letter syllables are arranged in two ways: with one vowel per sheet and with mixed vowels per sheet. Each printed sheet can also be cut into four strips, rearranged, and stapled to make a booklet. The KP and PK sets include 10 pages each—5 pages for single vowels and 5 pages for mixed vowels. These sheets help learners practice reading two-letter Filipino syllables.

The product also includes 8 sheets featuring 9 two-syllable Filipino words per sheet (with illustrations). The learner can practice reading the two syllables together to form a Filipino word. Eight worksheets for completing the Filipino words by writing the missing second syllable come after the practice reading sheets.
